Photograph the way guests will use the home

A guest needs to understand where everyone will sleep, gather, cook and spend time outdoors. We photograph the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with that stay in mind, including bunk rooms and shared spaces where they are part of the property. As many professionally edited images as the property needs are provided, with no arbitrary image cap.

Make lake access clear to guests

For a Lake Anna rental, the route from the house to the water matters. Docks, shoreline and waterside seating deserve clear photographs, along with the setting around them. Games, recreation areas and amenities help guests compare properties. Tell us which features are available with the rental and which shared amenities guests can access. We plan coverage around those details so your photographs represent the offering accurately.

Included aerial perspective and virtual twilight

Aerial/drone coverage is included when weather, safety and FAA airspace allow. It helps show how the home, outdoor spaces and shoreline relate to one another. Flights are handled by an FAA Part 107 certified, commercially insured operator. Complimentary virtual twilight is also included.

Normal booking-listing use without a separate surcharge

There is no separate short-term-rental image licensing surcharge for normal use on rental and booking listings. That statement is specific to normal listing use; it is not a promise of unrestricted rights for every other use. If you have a different intended use, discuss it when requesting your quote.

Optional interactive 360/3D tour

An interactive 360/3D tour in a Kuula-style presentation is available as an option, not included by default. It can help guests look around the rooms and understand how spaces connect. Discuss the desired tour scope and presentation when booking; no specific platform contract is implied.

Optional video and drone FPV fly-throughs

Video is an optional service for Lake Anna vacation rentals, including property walkthroughs and drone FPV fly-through videos. It is not included in standard photography coverage. A walkthrough or FPV fly-through can show the flow from interior gathering spaces to outdoor amenities and the lake where those features and access are available at your property. Video scope, price and delivery timeline are confirmed when booking. Drone/FPV flights depend on weather, safety and FAA airspace.

Coordinate the shoot between guest stays

Flexible weekday scheduling is coordinated around guest checkout and arrival. Share the turnover window, cleaning schedule and access arrangements so we can plan a camera-ready appointment. David handles the project personally and coordinates with you or your property manager. Availability is confirmed together, not guaranteed for every changeover.

Next-business-day edited-photo delivery

Edited photos are delivered the next business day as standard. Confirm timelines for virtual twilight, an optional interactive tour and any other deliverables when booking.
