What a photography session covers

Every room that helps a buyer understand the home is photographed — living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, finished lower levels, outdoor living space and the exterior elevations. There is no arbitrary image cap. The property determines the count, not a package tier.

  • As many professionally edited interior and exterior images as the property needs
  • Window pulls so the view outside stays visible instead of blowing out
  • Straight verticals and corrected lens distortion on every frame
  • Natural, consistent color rather than heavy HDR
  • Community amenity coverage when the neighborhood is part of the sale

How the shoot runs on site

A typical home is photographed in a single appointment. Sellers get a practical prep checklist in advance so the home is camera-ready on arrival, which keeps the session short and the results consistent. Aerial, video, floor plan and 3D tour capture can all happen during the same visit, so there is one appointment for the seller and one thing to coordinate for the agent.

Fast, ready-to-use delivery

Next-day delivery is standard, and same-day delivery is often available when a listing needs to go live quickly. Images arrive MLS-ready, along with full-resolution files for print and marketing.
