That background shapes how Elevated Visuals runs today: organized shoots, clear communication and delivery when promised.
Photography came alongside it — years of corporate and event work that built an eye for composition, light and the moments that carry a story. He began flying drones in 2013 and earned FAA Part 107 certification in 2019, adding an aerial perspective that changes how a property is understood before a buyer ever pulls into the driveway.
Elevated Visuals is now his full-time focus. The combination of technology fluency, creative instinct and genuine responsiveness is deliberate: agents get modern media, straightforward pricing, and one person who answers the phone and stays with them listing after listing.

Drone operations remain subject to weather, airspace restrictions, safety conditions and FAA authorization. When aerial coverage cannot be flown safely or legally, you'll be told before the shoot and the scope adjusted.
